About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Database Architect to join our dynamic team and help us create and optimize our data management systems. This is a great opportunity for tech enthusiasts to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, real-world environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain Mongo DB database solutions to meet business requirements.
Optimize database performance through proper indexing, sharding, and replication techniques.
Collaborate with development teams to create and optimize APIs and data access layers.
Conduct database health checks and implement monitoring solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on Mongo DB best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly.
Stay updated on the latest database technologies and trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Mongo DB.
Strong understanding of database architecture and data modeling.
Proven experience in performance tuning and optimization of Mongo DB databases.
Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
Knowledge of database security best practices.
Proficient in programming languages such as Java Script, Python, or Java.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with cloud databases or hybrid solutions.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
