Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile professional to serve as a Delivery Champion in our analytics practice. This role is designed for a senior resource who will set up new accounts and projects, establish delivery frameworks, and ensure a smooth transition to steady-state operations. The role also carries P&L governance responsibilities including utilization management, revenue forecasting, and margin simulations. --- Key Responsibilities: Delivery Setup & Transition (50%) · Lead the initial setup of analytics engagements across verticals. · Define delivery models, governance structures, and execution plans tailored to client needs. · Build and onboard cross-functional teams, establish delivery KPIs, and ensure operational readiness. · Act as the primary delivery lead during the incubation phase, transitioning projects to steady-state teams post-stabilization. · Drive client engagement and ensure alignment with business objectives during early phases.
