Delivery Assurance and Risk Management Leader

Single accountable for overall delivery assurance and risk management, by working with cross functional teams & leadership teams of client and Coforge.
Key Technical Skills Required
This role is expected to perform following responsibilities for large IT program spanning across 100+ products, services provided by 1100+ staff across multiple locations, and covering legacy modernization, level 2 support, level 3 support, product development, change requests.
Alignment On Definition of Success, with Cascading KPIs for leading & lagging indicators
Quantitative Risk Assessment & Mitigation primarily covering
Risk of knowledge loss across Product Engineering
Risk of non-predictable schedule & quality for legacy migration
Risk of process gaps in measuring leading & lagging indicators for true savings
Risk of non-adherence to local employment policies
Risk of change management
Proactive definition & implementation of
Knowledge risk quantification & assessment model
Lean principles adherence for predictable & efficient factory services
Reporting & dashboarding mechanisms
Business case creation for automation initiatives
Controlled release of $ amounts for contingencies and automation initiatives
Leading Audit, Rolling Out & Tracking Remediation Plan of non-performing services.
Regular reporting of risks and mitigation to senior management of Client & Coforge
Experience Range
Total of 25+ years of experience with 15+ years of experience in IT consultative working with customers as change enabler, solutions lead, contract adherence, consulting to driving business transformation and value creation through technology.
Experience of working with aviation customers.
Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively about solutions.
Is an expert in IT estimation and agile methodologies.
Strong business acumen and financial acumen to evaluate investments and ROI.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with internal and client CXOs on business matters.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional discussions.
Change management expertise, including the ability to manage resistance and drive adoption..
