About the role :

An Instrumentation Engineer will play a crucial role in the Design, Development, and Implementation of Instrumentation systems, working closely with Senior Design Engineers and Project Managers. This position requires 3 to 8 years of experience in Instrumentation Engineering, ensuring that all systems are accurate, reliable and efficient. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience to contribute to high-quality project outcomes and continuous improvement of instrumentation processes.

You are expected to do:

• Lead the Design and Development of Instrumentation Systems for various projects.

• Design, Develop and Review Engineering Drawings, Specifications and Documentation for Instrumentation Systems.

• Ensure all Instrumentation systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all instrumentation systems and processes.

• Communicate effectively with Team Members and Stakeholders through Reports and Presentations.

• Provide Technical support and expertise to project teams throughout the project lifecycle and ensure projects are completed on Time & within Budget.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• B.E/B. Tech in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering with 3 – 8 years of experience in Instrumentation Engineering.

• Experienced in Designing Instrumentation Documents like P&I drawings, Instrument Wiring Diagrams, Hook – Ups, Selection of Instrument Component & Controls, Junction boxes and drives for Flowserve Projects as per contract against specific customer orders.

• Experience in Co-ordinating with Business Unit Engineers to ensure overall quality and OnTime delivery of Customer order.

• Experience in Requisition or Specification, Data Sheet, Offer Evaluation, Vendor Drawing Review, Sizing or Selection for all field instruments.

• Knowledge in Interfaces with other engineering disciplines in carrying out project work for Providing/Receiving/reviewing the deliverables at various stages of Project.

• Experience in Reading and Understanding Engineering Documents like P&ID, Data Sheets, Cause & Effect Chart, Field Instrument List.

• Hands-on experience in SPI would be an added advantage.

• Knowledge in Selecting appropriate Instrumentation Equipment’s based on Project Requirements and Specifications.
