We are looking for a Dev Ops Engineer with 5 years of experience who is available to join starting the first week of January.

Charpixel Technologies specialises in delivering cutting-edge software solutions that transform businesses. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Dev Ops Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in Azure Dev Ops to join our growing team and help us streamline our development and operations processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops
- Automate and optimize deployment processes for various applications and microservices
- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure using Azure services, ensuring high availability and scalability
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of development and operations
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates
- Set up and maintain application monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Prometheus
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment, environment configuration, and infrastructure
- Ensure security best practices are followed across all cloud environments and pipelines
- Assist with disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and incident management
- Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
Requirements :
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Dev Ops with a strong focus on Azure Dev Ops
- Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops Pipelines, Git Hub Actions)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management in Azure (Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Virtual Machines, App Services, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack)
- Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, DNS, and firewalls in a cloud environment
- Experience with scripting and automation using Power Shell, Bash, or Python
- Knowledge of security best practices (SSL, firewalls, identity management, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
Nice to Have :
- Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) in addition to Azure
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops project management tools (Boards, Repos, Artifacts)
- Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and branching strategies
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
