Position - SAP Program Manager or IT Project Management


Experience - 10+ years (relevant)


Skills - 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 5 years managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects. Demonstrated experience in migrating SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Cloud in complex, multi-instance environments.

Proven experience working with cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and understanding cloud architecture and infrastructure.


Location - Kolkata (Work from office)


Notice period - Immediate joiners


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SAP S/4HANA Cloud migration program, managing multiple concurrent projects across different business verticals.
  • Develop and execute a cloud migration roadmap aligned with the organization's business objectives, timelines, and budget.
  • Facilitate decision-making across internal teams, external System Integrators (SI), cloud service providers, and SAP partners.
  • Lead the design and execution of a cloud strategy for SAP S/4HANA hosting, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cloud service providers (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to ensure optimal infrastructure setup, disaster recovery, and cloud resource management.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA Cloud with other cloud-based or on-premises applications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal business units, IT teams, SAP, and cloud service providers.
  • Communicate project goals, progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with the company's broader digital transformation strategy.
  • Establish and enforce a comprehensive governance structure, monitoring project milestones, deliverables, and cloud-specific KPIs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks specific to cloud hosting, including data security, compliance with regulatory standards, and disaster recovery.
  • Lead a cross-functional team, including internal IT staff, cloud architects, SAP consultants, and SI partners, ensuring close collaboration and alignment.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by mentoring team members and staying abreast of advancements in cloud and SAP technologies.
  • Ensure post-migration optimization by identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and enhanced cloud performance.
  • Leverage emerging trends in cloud technologies to future-proof the ERP infrastructure
