Role: Digital Delivery Engineer Location: Bangalore Responsibilities: This position will be focused mainly on the Digital interventions across Mid scale to Large scale projects using BIM collaboration, coordination, and visualization tools for Facility Management and operations throughout the lifecycle.
- Strong software background in Revit, Auto CAD, Navisworks,(4 D,5 D Simulation), Cobie (as per ISO 19650) , Digital Twins, Bentley Itwin, Autodesk Tandem and Strong Knowlwdge on implentation on BIM-Dimensions.
- Strong Understanding Digital delivery tools (CDE), Setting up managing Autodesk Build, Docs
- Coordination of processes for complete model life cycle development and functionality (3 D, 4 D and 5 D, model development and integration).
- Coordinate the review and validation of construction models (including 4 D/5 D contractor model submittals).
- Responsible for developing BIM strategy, overseeing all BIM work on select projects and responsible for BIM quality on all projects, while working closely with BIM Leadership on the development of pilot projects. What we expect:
- BIM / CAD Implementation of Information Management systems using Autodesk and Bentley BIM platforms.
- Specialized in implementing Common Data Environments: Autodesk BIM 360/ACC and Bentley Project Wise.
- Authoring and Supervising BIM Execution plans at pre-contract stage; post contract for design, and construction as-built operations, as per ISO 19650.
- Day to day management of the digital models
- Exchanging project data with multiple stakeholders through CDE(Autodesk Docs)
- Generating 3 D federated models for clash detection, generating reports to demonstrate coordination progress and clash mitigation
- Understanding and proactively implementing the required LOD, and Co Bie data at each of the project stages, as per project-specific requirements
