About the role :

Admissions Manager's objective is to act as a strategic business developer and thinker who should be able to execute marketing plans for results; the main motive is bringing business to the school through admissions.

  1. To plan, forecast, and analyze market demand and student admissions trends. Preparation and presenting marketing plan of promotional materials, advertisements, campaigns, conducting and participating in events that can generate business and provide reports.   6. Building up a rapport with existing parents and trying to get leads for next year's admission academic session.
  7. Prepare an annual marketing report to facilitate strategic decision-making by management.
  8. To know, maintain, adhere to, and comply with all rules and policies for admissions as prescribed by Jaipuria Edutech Pvt. Ltd.
  9. To maintain continuous contact with the parents & students.
  10. Preparing a marketing calendar for all the schools to get admissions.

Requirements & Skills :

  1. Education: MBA / Post-Graduate in any discipline
  2. Experience: Seven years of experience in admission counseling in the education industry
