As a WLAN Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and optimizing wireless connectivity solutions for embedded platforms. You’ll work closely with hardware and software teams to develop robust WLAN stacks, troubleshoot performance issues, and contribute to next-generation wireless technologies. Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate WLAN solutions into embedded systems or mobile platforms (e.g., Android/Linux). Analyze and resolve wireless performance issues, latency problems, and interference. Keep up to date with evolving WLAN technologies, standards, and regulatory compliance. 5–12 years of experience in WLAN firmware and driver development. ~ Strong proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems. ~ Deep understanding of wireless protocols and networking fundamentals. ~ Experience with Linux kernel, device drivers, and Android HAL. ~ Familiarity with RF testing tools and wireless analyzers. ~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
