Role Description: Customer Service Representative (On-site, Bengaluru) We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Bengaluru team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will assist customers across various channels, address inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a consistently positive support experience. You will also collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance the customer journey, gather feedback, and maintain the high standard of service Outerworld is known for. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through calls, messages, emails, and other support channels Resolve concerns promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction Provide a seamless, positive experience that reflects the Outerworld brand Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer information Collect and relay customer insights to enhance products and processes Work closely with operations, warehouse, and marketing teams for quick resolutions Support the continuous improvement of customer experience initiatives Qualifications Strong understanding of Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory) Ability to handle customer concerns professionally with empathy and patience Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships Comfortable working on-site in Bengaluru Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred Familiarity with CRM tools or support platforms is an added advantage
