Project Manger - Pharma - Remote - 12 month contract, extendable

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of SAP S/4HANA initiatives within a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring alignment with business processes, compliance requirements, and strategic transformation goals. The role will include overseeing upgrades to RISE with SAP, managing third-party system integrations, and ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions across the organization.

This project delivers streamlined, compliant, and integrated business processes to enhance efficiency and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation through to delivery, with a focus on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, align solutions with business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate system testing, pre go-live readiness, cutover, and post go-live support to ensure successful delivery with minimal business disruption. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive adoption of resolutions across business and IT teams. Oversee process mapping, documentation, and compliance management in line with pharmaceutical standards (e.g., GxP). Support integration efforts with third-party systems and interface solutions .
