We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years of teaching, especially with international students
Expertise: Strong command of English aligned with the CCSS (Grades 1-12)
Skills: Excellent communication and an engaging teaching style
Tools: Pen tablet, laptop, and high-speed internet
Availability: Night shift (1 AM - 8 AM IST) with flexible hours

Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct 1:1 online classes in English (CCSS curriculum)
Support students with assignments, projects, and conceptual clarity
Convert trial classes into paid enrollments
Track and report student progress with regular feedback
Eligibility & Requirements:
Availability: Minimum 24 hours per week, 6 days a week
Technical Setup: Laptop, Pen Tablet & High-Speed Internet
Time Commitment:
Night Shift: 11 PM - 8 AM IST
Day Shift: 8 AM - 11 PM IST
Minimum 24 hours per week is required. Flexibility during exam seasons is appreciated.
Training & Onboarding:
Before starting, you’ll complete Mentor Match’s training program covering:
Conducting demo & paid classes
Using our LMS (Learning Management System) for scheduling & session management
Effective online teaching techniques
Student progress reporting requirements
