We are building a robust and efficient supply chain to support scalable impact and market expansion.Role OverviewAs a Supply Chain Engineer at Praan, you will analyze, design, and optimize our supply chain processes to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and reliable operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to improve inventory flow, vendor relationships, and overall supply chain performance.Key Responsibilities- Evaluate current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.- Collaborate with sales, operations, and manufacturing teams to forecast demand and align supply plans.- Analyze supply chain KPIs to monitor performance and recommend enhancements.- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in supply chain operations.- Document processes, create training materials, and support knowledge sharing within the team.- Stay updated on supply chain technologies and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.- 2+ years of experience in supply chain engineering, logistics, or operations.- Strong analytical skills with experience using supply chain management software and tools.- Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.- Effective communication skills for collaboration internally and with external partners.- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Preferred Skills- Experience with automation tools and ERP systems.- Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices.- Familiarity with international logistics and vendor management.Why Join Praan?- Play a key role in scaling innovative clean air technology globally.- Work in a mission-driven startup with a collaborative, passionate team.- Opportunities for impact, learning, and professional growth.
