Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage daily operations and legal documentation processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and streamlined workflows. This role combines expertise in NBFC operations, regulatory compliance, and legal data management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating with internal teams, maintaining legal records, and delivering operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
NBFC Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations related to NBFC activities, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including finance, sales, and customer service, to streamline workflows and ensure timely activation of accounts, products, or services.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing queries and resolving issues related to documentation and activations.
Documentation Management:
- Manage documentation processes, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping and activation of accounts or services.
- Oversee the storage, retrieval, and organization of legal and operational documents in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Legal Operations:
- Accurately input and maintain legal data in internal systems, ensuring proper tracking of legal documents, contracts, and cases.
- Identify discrepancies or errors in documents/data and escalate them for correction.
- Regularly update and maintain legal trackers, MIS, and other reporting tools.
- Assist in uploading and managing legal documents in digital systems.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements across all operational activities.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to stay updated on regulatory changes and their implications on operations.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and analyze trackers to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for enhancement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sourcing, finance, planning, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment of goals and seamless operations.
- Support logistics and operational processes by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in NBFC operations, legal documentation, or compliance-related roles.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows, regulatory requirements, and legal documentation processes.
- Proficiency in data entry, document management systems, and reporting tools (experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Skills Required:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documents.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal management systems.
