The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee grievances, coordinating training and development programs, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring the company’s HR policies align with its business goals.QualificationsRecruitment and onboarding processesEmployee relations and performance managementKnowledge of labor regulations and complianceAbility to develop and implement HR policies and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office SuiteMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the real estate industry is a plus
