Minimum 6–12 months of hands-on professional work experience is required.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the design and development of robust, scalable Node.js applications and RESTful APIs.- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth data flow and integration between UI and backend logic.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code under guidance from senior developers.- Participate in code reviews and learn best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.- Debug and troubleshoot issues under the mentorship of senior team members.- Stay updated with modern backend development trends, tools, and technologies.- Participate in Agile/Scrum team activities and contribute to sprint goals.- Implement unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.- Document development progress, API specifications, and implementation notes.Requirements:- Basic experience or internships in backend development using Node.js and Express.- Familiarity with REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and JavaScript ES6+ features.- Understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).- Willingness to learn scalable backend architecture and cloud deployment practices.- Good understanding of version control tools like Git.- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced development environment.- Good communication and teamwork skills.
