Join the Team That's Redefining Wireless TechnologyUnderstand the Tarana Wireless product's architecture and gain expertise in all the network components involvedDesign and execute Network layer functional and system tests for various Tarana product lines and review results release on releaseFacilitate the continuous evolution of tests based on features and issuesDrive automation of QA-owned testsOwn regression test areas and ensure that the product quality is intact despite of code churnContribute to the development of tools that enhance test efficiency/managementAnalyze issues by debugging test scripts that are written in Shell, Perl or PythonIdentify defects and own them through the resolution and verification cycleEnsure effective communication of the project and testing status to all stakeholdersRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or a closely related discipline is required.4 to 10 years of QA experienceTest Engineering Knowledge: Prepare test strategies/plans, test execution, test reviews, and debugging customer issues.Experience in network protocols and features: Routing, Switching, IPv4/v6, DHCP, DNS, TCP/UDP, Policing, Shaping, AQM, CoDel, QoSExperience in networking tools like IPerf, Xena, TRex, IXIA, VIAVI JDSU etcExperience in Unix/Linux environmentsExperience in test automation using PythonSelf-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Aptitude to learn new technology quickly and adapt to new feature testing/new assignments fasterGood understanding of QA processes and Agile methodologiesExcellent debugging/analytical skills with a focus on solving problemsExperience with Jira and ConfluenceJoin Tarana and help shape the future of wireless connectivity
