We are seeking a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of Weaving design, Prints,

aesthetics, Embroidery, Art and craft. management and budget allocation to drive targeted outcomes in production.

We are seeking a Design manager to oversee key design operations, develop and produce craft

samples, and lead team of 6, to achieve cost effective product. Lead and manage day-to-day design sampling operations to ensure efficiency and cost

Skill management in team members and getting maximum efficiency from them.

 A bachelor's degree / Masters in Design along with Work experience in a textile firm minimum of

Textile/Fashion Degree or diploma from a good institute -Knowledge of weaving, printing and

embroidery and expertise in some capacity for leading the team.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

-Solid understanding of design operations management and industry trends.

-Proficiency in soft wares that help in designing (adobe suite)
