This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to learn, apply engineering principles, and grow in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in designing and developing mechanical components and systems using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar).- Support production and maintenance teams with troubleshooting, testing, and process improvement.- Conduct research and analysis to optimize mechanical systems for efficiency, performance, and safety.- Participate in prototype development, product testing, and documentation.- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including electrical, manufacturing, and quality engineers - to ensure smooth project execution.- Maintain and update project records, test data, and design files.- Adhere to company safety, quality, and compliance standards.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, thermodynamics, and materials science.- Basic proficiency in CAD/CAE software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Preferred Skills :- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, or 3D printing.- Familiarity with engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, MATLAB, etc.).- Basic understanding of project management and quality control.- Internship or academic project experience related to mechanical design or production engineering.
