If you’re ready to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing company, we want to hear from you We're Looking For: Dell Boomi Consultant Location: Pune Mode: Hybrid (Work-from-home and on-site flexibility) We are seeking a talented Dell Boomi Consultant with expertise in Success Factors to join our team. As a Dell Boomi Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing integration solutions between Success Factors and various external systems. Your technical expertise and knowledge of Dell Boomi will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation within Success Factors. You will Integration Development: Develop, configure, and test integration scenarios using Dell Boomi, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Implement integration solutions that facilitate data exchange and process automation between Success Factors and other systems such as HRIS, payroll, time management, and recruiting systems. Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Boomi and Success Factors integrations. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team during the implementations and developing change requests. Stay updated with the latest Boomi and API features and capabilities, and proactively suggest improvements or enhancements to existing integration processes. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve integration issues, working closely with the development team, functional consultants, and stakeholders. Conduct root cause analysis, implement necessary fixes, and ensure the stability and performance of integration solutions. Testing and Deployment: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the quality and functionality of integration solutions. Collaborate with the QA team to resolve any defects or issues that arise during testing. Support the deployment and post-go-live activities, including monitoring and troubleshooting integration issues. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document integration designs, configurations, and technical specifications. Create and maintain integration knowledge repositories, providing guidance and support to the support team for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Your skills Boomi are preferred with 4+ years of dev elopment experience as Boomi consultant in interface projects. Proven experience as an Boomi Consultant with a focus on Success Factors integrations (including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, etc.). Experience with Boomi Atom Sphere and integration development. SF Interface: Experience in using Compound Emploee API(SFAPI) and SF OData API Experience in handling SF EC Multiple Employment profile's in iflow (Transfer, Global assignment, Concurrent employment) along with normal profiles. Experience in SF Inbound interface (towards EP, EC etc..) Knowledge in SF EC Org structures and experience in handling Org info related interfaces. Boomi : Experience in custom interface implementation. FTP/SOAP, OData, Mail, SFTP, Web services SOAP Client, Success Factors connectors. Boomi API Management, Atom Queue. Experience in web Service interface implementation. Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML , CSS. Proficiency in Groovy, Java scripting. PGP Encryption, Decryption. Packaged integrations. Experience in deploy and manage interfaces. Experience in Boomi user management. Ability to work with XML, XSLT, Json and CSV Profiles. Strong understanding of integration design patterns, data mapping, transformation techniques, and API management. Proficiency in integration protocols and standards such as SOAP, REST and OData. Familiarity with Success Factors APIs, data models, and security frameworks. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex integration issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at various levels. Familiarity with full project lifecycle implementation, from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
