Work closely with HR Digital Services, HR Services, and regional digital stakeholders.
Manage external vendors responsible for implementing payroll solutions.
Deliver strategic HR transformation initiatives.
Qualifications : Graduate
Mandatory experience in managing HR transformation programs, ideally in a global or regional capacity.
Proven track record of delivering digital payroll or HRIS projects with a strong emphasis on system integrations.
Good understanding of European payroll regulations and operational practices.
Technical proficiency in payroll and HR platforms (e.g., SAP, ADP, or similar).
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
