NET full-stack development, combined with proven leadership skills, to drive product excellence, manage project execution, and ensure high standards of coding quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead Development Teams: Oversee commercial software and integration projects, aligning project objectives with business goals and ensuring successful execution. Uphold Coding Standards: Implement clean code principles to maintain high coding standards across all projects, fostering a culture of excellence. Mentorship and Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and career development guidance to team members, nurturing professional growth. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and meet project objectives, ensuring that deliverables exceed expectations. Performance Management: Manage team performance, including resource planning and project delivery within established cost, quality, and time parameters. Key Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Technical Expertise: Minimum of 10 years in. NET full stack technologies (C#, ASP. NET, MVC, Web API, React/Angular, SQL Server) with a strong background in cloud solutions (Azure/AWS), microservices architecture, CI/CD, and Dev Ops practices. Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading multiple distributed teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building skills. Agile Practices: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and modern development processes is essential. Local Market Insight: Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred, as familiarity with regional market dynamics is beneficial.
