The Role: Hiring Python Developers to support a U.based foundational LLM company working on next-generation AI models. This role focuses on dataset generation, model evaluation, and Python development — playing a key part in Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and benchmarking AI systems.

Develop efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines.

Run Evals to measure and compare model performance.

Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.

Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).

Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.

Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.

Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English.

Open to all levels of experience — from motivated juniors to seasoned professionals.
