Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 9 to 16 years of expertise in developing and deploying advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Machine Learning, experience working with LLM (Large Language Models), and proficiency with LangChain, OpenAI, and related technologies. This role focuses on creating cutting-edge solutions leveraging AI frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and scalable ML models.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI/ML Solution Development : Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and Python.
  • Large Language Models (LLM) : Fine-tune, optimize, and implement LLMs for various business use cases.
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) : Develop solutions that combine LLMs with RAG techniques to enhance contextual relevance and accuracy.
  • Machine Learning Models : Build, train, and optimize machine learning models tailored to specific data and problem domains.
  • Integration and Scalability : Implement scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions in cloud-based or hybrid environments.
  • Data Processing : Work with structured and unstructured data to prepare it for training and inference pipelines.
  • Innovation and Research : Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML, propose innovative solutions, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML initiatives with business goals.

Key Skills and Experience Required

Technical Skills :

  • Core AI/ML Skills :
  • Proficiency with LangChain and integration with OpenAI models.
  • Hands-on experience in building applications leveraging LLMs (e.g., GPT, GPT-like architectures).
  • Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methods.
  • Strong command of Python for AI/ML development.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and tools.
  • Frameworks and Libraries :
  • TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with tools for fine-tuning and deployment of LLMs.
  • Data Management :
  • Experience with structured and unstructured data processing.
  • Knowledge of vector databases and embedding-based retrieval techniques.
  • Cloud Platforms :
  • Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalable AI/ML deployments.

Soft Skills :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead initiatives when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions.
  • Publications, patents, or significant contributions to the AI/ML community are a plus.
