Job Description:

Role : Salesforce Functional BA :

Location : Bangalore

1. Must have functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud projects.

2. Should be Salesforce Administrator/App builder/Salesforce Business Analyst certified.

3. At least 10+ years of total experience with 2-3 Salesforce projects as a Business Analyst

4. Knowledge of Banking Domain, Insurance Domain is must to have.

5. Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is must to have.

6. Should be aware of Flows, Email templates, Omni Scripts, Flex cards

7. Should be aware of Salesforce release cycle and recent release features.

8. Should have knowledge of how enterprise integration works (peer to peer or via middleware)

9. Should be aware of deployment & delivery process

10. Financial Services Cloud/Service Cloud/Sales Cloud certifications must have

Role :Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead

Location : Bangalore

1. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer

2. Hands on knowledge of FSC ,LWC, APEX, Integrations, Omni Studio, Omni Scripts

3. Should be aware of best coding practices for LWC and Apex

4. Should be good in record triggered flows, screen flows, auto launch flows .

5. Should have worked on atleast one Service Cloud project

where service cloud features like omni channel, entitlements and

milestones, escalation rules, knowledge management are implemented.

6. Previous experience from banking , insurance domain is nice to have

7. Exposure to Financial Services Cloud is Mandatory.
