Job Title: Solution Architect

Location: Gurgaon

Job Type: Full time

Experience Level: 7+ years


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and development of mobile applications and backend systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong technical foundation, with expertise across mobile technologies, microservices, and integration, alongside a strategic solution approach. This role is essential for driving architecture and design across both mobile and backend platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance are top priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise (60%):
  • Design and architect solutions for mobile applications (Android & iOS) with a mix of technologies (neither pure iOS nor Android).
  • Develop and implement microservices architectures and APIs.
  • Oversee system integration and ensure security, performance, and scalability are embedded within the solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership across the product lifecycle, collaborating with development teams to deliver cutting-edge mobile and backend solutions.
  • Solution Approach (40%):
  • Lead the development of solution architecture strategies tailored to meet business objectives.
  • Assess and analyze system needs, crafting solutions that align with the overall business and technical vision.
  • Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with product requirements and goals, maintaining a balance between technical innovation and practical business outcomes.

Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with mobile app development across both Android and iOS platforms (a blend of both, not restricted to a single platform).
  • Strong knowledge of microservices, API development, system integration, security, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with backend technologies is preferred but not mandatory (Sitecore, .NET, Ruby, C#).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Solution Architect role, with a solid background in mobile and backend architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Product-driven mindset with a deep understanding of the development lifecycle and user experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in leading mobile application projects across diverse platforms.
  • Knowledge of backend systems and architectures with a preference for technologies such as Sitecore, .NET, Ruby, and C#.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate architectural decisions clearly.
