A day in the life of an Associate Creative Director Copy Leading the development of social-first content across formats like Reels/Shorts, carousels, long-form videos, short-form videos, live videos, etc. Crafting visually compelling decks supported by strong insights, references, and mood boards that sell the creative vision. Overseeing execution across design, production, and post to ensure the final content aligns with the creative intent and brand voice. Collaborating with junior creatives with clear, constructive feedback to help sharpen their thinking and elevate the overall quality of work. Staying tuned into internet culture, emerging creators, platform shifts, and content trends to inspire new formats and ideas. Ensuring that all creative work meets high standards of quality and aligns with our clients' brand guidelines. Foster a collaborative, creative and positive work environment. Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase ~4-6 years of experience in a creative, social media focused role, preferably within a digital advertising agency ~ A portfolio showcasing your involvement in mind-blowing work across social media platforms and campaigns.. ~ You are agile and a doer ~ Pushing the envelope and inviting the future of content creation by dabbling in AI Writer and AI Design Tools like Chatgpt, Midjourney, gemini, veo 3. You’re a digital genius with an innate taste for the latest and greatest social platforms, digital technology, an instinct for snappy writing and a natural feel for what the audience wants.
