MEP Project ManagerKey Responsibilities- Lead the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems (electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, and ELV).- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the MEP engineering team and site engineers.- Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and approve drawings, submittals, and material specifications.- Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.- Manage budgeting, BOQ preparation, vendor selection, and procurement processes.- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved.- Oversee testing, commissioning, quality control, and handover documentation.- Monitor project timelines, resources, and costs to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.- Drive innovation in sustainability and energy efficiency practices in MEP systems.Qualifications & Experience- Educational: BE/BTech in Electrical / Mechanical / MEP Engineering.- Experience: Minimum 10 years in MEP project design, supervision, and management.- Strong expertise in Auto CAD, Revit MEP, and MS Project/Primavera.- Proven ability to lead teams, manage contractors/vendors, and handle multiple projects.- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
