What will you do?
Provide technical support to the frontline sales force, including troubleshooting, new product implementation, process optimization, trial leadership, etc.
Identify and clearly define customer needs, lead internal collaboration to deliver the best solution.
Select appropriate products from the portfolio in accordance with business needs and product line strategy.
Propose products/modifications from the portfolio in accordance with business needs, product line strategy, and specific customer needs.
Liaison and develop relationship with key strategic OEMs and work on global strategic OEM engagement plan.
Collaborate with Commercial, Operations and R&D to determine and establish feasibility and total product cost as input for the final offer.
Develop and deliver presentations to customer and general market on technical/product related subjects including case studies, white papers, in collaboration with Commercial team.
Understand the competitive landscape and provide input where applicable.
Utilize the CRM system to manage responsibilities, collaborate, and capture important historical data for sales projects.
Develop marketing materials, sales tools and case studies.
Ownership of individual development plan (IDP) as agreed upon with direct line manager.
Implement and drive and internal value based selling approach through the customer engagement and account management process.
What are we looking for?
Must be mechanical / chemical engineering background with an understanding of steel, Aluminium and mining industries.
Familiar with Industrial Lubricants & Greases products, have around 10-15 years working experience.
