About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join Sankalpam’s core team. The EIR will act as a driving force to spearhead business strategy, product innovation, and operational growth. This is a high-impact, equity-compensated role suited for a trailblazer passionate about faith tech, with a proven track record of leadership in technology or business.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the trajectory of a purpose-driven startup while immersing yourself in an inspiring intersection of faith and AI.
Responsibilities - As the Entrepreneur in Residence, you will:
Define the roadmap for Sankalpam’s growth by identifying and implementing scalable business models.
Collaborate with Pan Science’s ecosystem to align goals, leverage resources, and ensure successful execution.
Oversee product ideation, validation, and development, ensuring alignment with faith tech’s core values and the target audience’s needs.
Lead the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver impactful and innovative solutions.
Build strategic partnerships with organizations, influencers, and communities in the spirituality and wellness domains.
Drive fundraising efforts and foster relationships with investors who share Sankalpam’s vision.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and marketers.
Create a culture of collaboration, accountability, and purpose within the team.
Understand and empathize with diverse faith-based communities to design solutions that respect their values and beliefs.
Act as a brand ambassador to promote Sankalpam’s mission across events, webinars, and industry forums.
Qualifications
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in technology or business leadership roles, preferably in startups or innovative tech companies.
Proven ability to scale products or ventures from ideation to execution.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong background in either AI/Tech (e.g., Product Development, AI/ML, Software Engineering) or Business Strategy (e.g., GTM strategies, Fundraising, Strategic Partnerships).
Familiarity with building Saa S products, ecosystems, or faith-based technology is a bonus.
Visionary thinker with the ability to identify unique opportunities in the Faith Tech space.
Comfortable with ambiguity, risk-taking, and working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Deep interest in spirituality, personal growth, and the intersection of faith and technology.
Demonstrated empathy and ability to design solutions that resonate with diverse spiritual communities.
