You'll have the opportunity to showcase your talents by contributing to impactful projects Spearhead the development of innovative digital products and applications, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives. Lead the implementation and scaling of the TechPulse Navigator for aligning engineering solutions with business goals. Develop and enhance assets and accelerators to improve productivity and reduce time-to-market. Project Delivery and Governance : Ensure all projects adhere to the Technology Solution Center (TSC) governance framework (hire to allocate, allocate to perform, and perform to excel). Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality standards. Proactively manage risks and communicate delivery changes to stakeholders. Lead and deliver Technology Solution Center (TSC) initiatives to drive talent development and innovation. Drive the development of accelerators and tools to enhance solution quality and reduce time-to-market. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement across technology, project delivery, and operations. Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating advancements into the technology stack. Extensive Leadership Experience: Over 15 years of experience in software engineering and delivery management, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles such as Director and Associate Director. Domain Expertise: Deep expertise in P&C insurance systems, with experience designing and delivering business-critical solutions. Cloud and Application Engineering: Comprehensive knowledge of cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS), microservices, and DevSecOps practices to enable scalable and secure applications. Demonstrated success in building accelerators, tools, and strategies to drive productivity and enhance time-to-market. Stakeholder and Client Management: Strong experience in engaging with stakeholders, managing client relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions that align with business objectives. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Skilled in building and managing high-performing teams across remote locations, with a focus on talent development and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality standards. Operational Efficiency: Strong focus on process improvement, continuous delivery, and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve organizational goals.
