We are urgently seeking a dedicated RTWP/Mitigation Support Engineer who can provide remote troubleshooting via Nokia OSS and guide field crews during site activities. This role is critical in ensuring smooth R&M execution, RTWP mitigation, KPI monitoring, SCOP reporting, and effective coordination with on-ground teams.

Provide real-time RTWP troubleshooting support during site activities.
• Support R&M troubleshooting – radios, baseband, RET, fiber, MW, and RF jumpers.
• Coordinate with Carrier Switch team for software load, commissioning, and integration.
• Monitor KPIs post-commissioning to validate site stability and performance.
• Prepare SCOP reports (Excel/PPT) including KPIs, RTWP logs, alarms, and troubleshooting steps.

Proficiency with Nokia OSS operations.
• Hands-on experience with RET troubleshooting, RF paths, microwave links, and fiber.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Earth for reporting.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Familiarity with Python/SQL/dashboarding tools for KPI/RTWP tracking.
• Prior experience in NOC or operator environments.
