Job SummaryThe Senior Integrations Consultant is responsible for architecting, developing, configuring and maintaining complex integrations within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in Workday integration technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions across HR, Payroll and Finance domains.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in configuration or development of Workday integrations, including:Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)Core ConnectorsWorkday StudioXSLT transformation integrationsBoomerang integrationsAt least 2 years of specialized experience with Workday Studio integration development.Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, WSDL, and related integration technologies.Experience with integration testing methodologies and tools.Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of completed integrations.Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Workday integration environments.Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday integrations, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and performance tuning.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency in English for effective collaboration, documentation and corporate communications.Ability to work independently, manage tasks with minimal supervision, and deliver results in remote or team environments.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent years work experienceWorkday Pro Certification in Integrations or Workday ExtendExperience with BIRT reportingExperience mentoring or coaching junior team membersSkills:Analytical ThinkingBusiness RequirementsCommunicationHuman Resources (HR)Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) AdministrationIntegration TestingProfessional CollaborationReporting and AnalysisRequirements GatheringTeamworkTechnical KnowledgeTechnology IntegrationsTroubleshooting#LI-AS1 #LI-Remote
