About Videogyan:

Videogyan is a leading media production company specializing in animated content for children. Our vibrant and engaging videos, nursery rhymes, and learning apps captivate young audiences worldwide. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring the same level of creativity and visual storytelling to our online presence through eye-catching thumbnails, social media posts, and more.


Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer at Videogyan, you’ll create visually compelling thumbnails, social media posts, and other marketing materials that appeal to our young audience and their parents. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to drive engagement and strengthen our brand across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Thumbnail Design: Create high-quality, appealing thumbnails for our YouTube channels and other platforms to increase click-through rates.
  • Social Media Content: Design vibrant and engaging social media graphics that align with our brand’s playful, child-friendly aesthetic.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in all visual assets, ensuring adherence to Videogyan’s brand guidelines.
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with animators, content creators, and marketing professionals to understand project requirements and receive feedback.
  • Innovative Input: Stay current on design trends for kids’ media and suggest new approaches to make our visuals stand out.
  • Additional Graphics: Design other digital assets, such as website banners, event posters, and promotional materials.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years in graphic design, ideally in children’s media, animation, or similar fields.
  • Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity with Canva or similar tools.
  • Portfolio: A substantial portfolio that includes examples of thumbnails, social media posts, or kid-centric design work.
  • Design Skills: Expertise in layout, colour, and typography suited to children’s content.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with simple animation or motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of current trends in children’s media and social media best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
