Job Title: AI Video CreatorAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and creative AI Video Creator to produce high-quality videos using cutting-edge GenAI tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, Pika, Descript, CapCut, and ChatGPT.This role involves turning scripts, ideas, and concepts into polished AI-generated videos for marketing, education, social media, and brand communication.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Video Production• Create videos using AI tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, Pika, etc.)• Convert scripts into engaging visual content using AI avatars, voiceovers, and animations• Edit videos using Descript/CapCut for refinement, pacing, captions, transitions, and effects• Repurpose long videos into short clips for Reels, Shorts, and social media• Maintain brand style, tone, and visual consistency• Add subtitles, text overlays, callouts, and basic graphicsContent Collaboration• Work with writers to convert scripts → storyboard → final video• Suggest creative ideas for video concepts, hooks, and messaging• Use AI tools to enhance visuals, audio, and storytelling• Support marketing campaigns with video assetsResearch & Innovation• Stay updated with new AI video tools and trends• Improve video workflows using AI automation• Explore new techniques like AI avatars, lip-sync, motion graphics, etc.Required Skills & Qualifications• Hands-on experience with AI video tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, Pika, etc.)• Strong understanding of basic video editing (Descript, CapCut, Premiere Pro optional)• Ability to convert scripts into visually appealing videos• Creative thinking, storytelling, and design sense• Familiarity with social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)• Basic knowledge of audio, pacing, and visual composition• Ability to learn AI tools quickly and adapt to new technologiesPreferred Qualifications• Experience in digital content creation, video editing, or media• Understanding of AI workflows, prompt writing, and script structuring• Portfolio of AI-generated video work is a strong advantageWho Will Succeed in This Role?Someone who:• Loves experimenting with AI tools• Is creative, curious, and detail-oriented• Thinks visually and communicates clearly• Can work fast and deliver high-quality output• Enjoys creating videos for marketing, education, or social media
