RED GLOBAL-GENESYS QA/TESTER-INDIA-REMOTE-ASAP-12MONTHS+RED Global, on behalf of a Key Client Partner, is currently searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Genesys QA/Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our Genesys-based contact center solutions.Please find the details below:- Role: Genesys QA/Tester- Start: ASAP- Location: Remote – India- Duration: 12months+- Capacity: Full time- Language: EnglishJob Summary:The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing Genesys platforms, including Genesys Cloud (PureCloud), Genesys Engage (on-prem or cloud), IVR workflows, call routing, and integrations with CRM or third-party systemsKey Responsibilities:- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for Genesys applications and integrations.- Perform functional, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing of Genesys contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys Cloud CX, Engage).- Validate IVR call flows, routing logic, chat, email, and other omnichannel communication features.- Work closely with developers, Genesys architects, product managers, and business analysts to ensure full coverage of system behavior.- Support performance testing for call loads and agent concurrency.- Validate reporting (Genesys reporting tools, BI dashboards) for accuracy and completeness.- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous QA process improvements.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- 2+ years of experience in QA/testing roles, with at least 1 year of Genesys platform testing.- Hands-on experience with testing Genesys Cloud CX, Genesys Engage, or PureConnect.- Understanding of contact center concepts such as IVR, call routing, queues, agent desktops, and CTI integrations.- Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman, JIRA, Confluence, and Selenium (optional).- Basic knowledge of API testing, SIP/VoIP protocols, or telephony environments.- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.If you are interested and available, please apply or send an email to for immediate consideration
