We are creating a world-class design platform and innovating a whole new way to design in 3 D.Who We Are Looking For:We are seeking a talented Freelance 3 D Hard Surface Modelling Artist with strong expertise in Blender to create high-quality 3 D product models. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to translate concepts, sketches, or references into polished 3 D assets, production-ready outcomes.This role is best suited for someone with experience in product design, industrial modelling, or realistic hard-surface assets who can work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality.Responsibilities- Model high-quality, realistic 3 D hard surface assets (products, mechanical objects, etc.) using Blender.- Ensure clean topology, UV unwrapping, and optimized meshes for real-time applications.- Apply appropriate texturing and shading techniques for realistic presentation.- Collaborate with the team to understand product requirements and adapt designs accordingly.- Deliver files in required formats with proper organization and naming conventions.- Make revisions based on feedback while adhering to project timelines.Requirements- Proven experience as a 3 D Hard Surface Modeler with a strong portfolio showcasing product or hard surface work.- Expert-level proficiency in Blender (modelling, shading, rendering).- Knowledge of UV mapping, baking, texturing, and PBR workflows.- Strong understanding of form, scale, and detail in product visualization.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance setting.- Good communication skills and responsiveness.Nice-to-Have- Experience with animation or turntable product renders.- Knowledge of other 3 D tools (Substance Painter, Photoshop, ZBrush, etc.).- Background in industrial/product design or CAD-to-3 D workflow.- Understanding of real-time optimization for AR/VR applications.What We Offer- Flexible freelance collaboration with potential for recurring projects.- Opportunity to work on diverse and innovative product modelling assignments.- Competitive project-based compensation.How to Apply:Please share your portfolio (mandatory) , resume/CV, and indicate your availability and rates.
