Job Position – BIM ARCHITECT

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to lead and support Building Information Modeling processes across various project phases. The ideal candidate will collaborate with design teams to develop accurate BIM models, manage digital workflows, and ensure BIM standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Location – Perungudi, OMR , Chennai-

Job start date – Immediate

Working Days & hours – Monday -Friday / 9.00 AM – 5.30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage BIM models in Revit and other design software.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate multidisciplinary models.
  • Implement and maintain BIM standards and protocols.
  • Provide BIM support and training to project teams.
  • Assist with project documentation, drawings, and construction coordination.

Software Skills Required:

• Drawing: AUTOCAD & REVIT

• 3D SOFTWARES – SKETCHUP

• 3D RENDERING – VRAY, LUMION

• Proficient in MS Office
