Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to manage daily financial transactions, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and assist in financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in bookkeeping, taxation, and financial analysis, with proficiency in accounting software like Tally ERP .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Transactions & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, expenses, and payments.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
2. Taxation & Compliance
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per government regulations.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and financial regulations .
Assist in payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.).
3. Financial Reporting & Budgeting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budget preparation and cost analysis.
Utilize Tally ERP for accurate bookkeeping and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and payroll compliance.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.
Experience working in a corporate or small-business accounting environment.
