We are looking for a skilled  Civil & Architectural Draughtsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in preparing detailed architectural and civil drawings and be well-versed with the online building plan approval system (OBPAS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare submission and approval drawings as per local authority requirements
  • Create detailed working drawings and built-in drawings for construction
  • Modify and update drawings based on design changes
  • Upload drawings and required documents on OBPAS portal
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants for drawing finalization
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in all drawing outputs

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in Civil/Architectural Draughtsmanship
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software
  • Knowledge of local building by-laws and submission processes
  • Experience with OBPAS (Online Building Plan Approval System) is a must
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
