```htmlAbout the CompanyIndustrial Relations (IR) & Labor ComplianceMaintain harmonious industrial relations by liaising with labor unions and handling disputes.Ensure compliance with labor laws, Factory Act, Industrial Disputes Act, and other statutory requirements.Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and negotiations with employees/unions.Represent the company in labor courts, conciliations, and arbitrations if required.About the RoleHR PoliciesImplement HR policies at the plant level in alignment with corporate guidelines.Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management for plant employees.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for HR operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesEmployee Engagement & WelfareDevelop and implement employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.Drive welfare initiatives, including health, safety, and employee well-being programs.Talent Acquisition & ManagementOversee manpower planning and hiring for plant operations.Work with the corporate HR team to implement talent development programs.Conduct training sessions on policies, compliance, and employee development.Performance Management & TrainingImplement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for plant employees.Conduct performance appraisals and recommend promotions/increments.Facilitate training programs to enhance workforce productivity and skill development.Compliance & AuditsEnsure adherence to labor laws, wage acts, and company policies.Manage HR audits and inspections from government authorities.Maintain all necessary records, reports, and documentation for compliance.QualificationsAt least 12-15 years within a manufacturing / Plant experience.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic plant environment.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of HR Plant Operations, labor laws, compliance, and industrial relations.Excellent people management and communication skills.Experience in a manufacturing/plant setup.Preferred SkillsIndustrial Relations & ComplianceHR Operations & PoliciesEmployee Relations & EngagementPerformance & Talent ManagementAudits & CompliancePay range and compensation packageOpen to DiscussEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.```
