Within the Gujarat region, ensure all clients receive training and onsite technical surveys every two years to ensure optimal use of Prevor solutions, hence lowering risks of accidents and use outside recommended protocols.2.. Provide full reports on training sessions, allowing:the sedentary commercial team to have up-to-date information on clients to provide the best service possible.The technical sales team to gain market intelligence and opportunities.The marketing team to measure clients’ satisfaction with our solutions.Support and challenge Gujarat technical sales representative in providing top-notch after-sale services to clients: regular communication, information and agenda sharing to optimize resources (time, budget).3.. Support the international training team efforts in developing new training content by providing insight on Indian market training needs: opportunities, needs, constraints.4.. Proactively monitor regulatory and best practices on occupational health and safety within concerned industries, and to provide regular feedback to HQ in India and France.5.. Proactively monitor industrial accidents within Gujarat involving chemicals.6.. Support marketing team in organizing and participating in events in Gujarat.Many business trips are involvedin training our clients in Gujarat (on average at least 4-5 days per week) + team meetings in Mumbai every two weeks.The first 3 to 6 months will be completed at the Mumbai office for training purposes.Who we are looking for:You have ascientific background witha specialization in chemistry, occupational health and safety, biomedical, biology or equivalent, either with:A Master of Science with 3-5 years of work experience.Or a Bachelor of Science with 5-10 years of work experience.Work experience in the field of:Occupational health and safety (EHS officer) or production (line manager, team leader) in industries manufacturing or using chemicals.First aid in an industrial zone: occupational nurse or paramedic, fire fighter.Fluency in both oral and written English, Gujarati and Hindi.Additional certifications in occupational health and safety are a plus.Skills:Collect, analyze, synthesize and present data in reports.Organize/plan and monitor activities (business trips, clients management).Good teaching skills: adaptability to different publics to present information clearly and get messages delivered.Learning ability: capable of learning and rendering internal training content by assimilating it without distorting it.Office pack, particularly Excel, PPT.Soft Skills:Respect for property, people, rulesTeam spirit.Excellent communication skills (clarity of expression, honesty and professionalism in all circumstances).Integrity, Tenacity, Diligence.Fluency in both oral and written English and GujaratiIn return:Good salary (depending on experience), respect and internal promotion are to be expected.All the professional expenses refunded by the company (travel, food, hotel…) without limitationTraining provided in India and in France2 trips per year in France (December and June)Starting date: ImmediatelyA background check will be done by our recruitment team.
