We have been mandated to hire the Head of Finance for a leading Insurance platform in Bengaluru which is backed by marquee investors. The Platform enables companies to manage health insurance, wellness, and preventive care for their employees in a seamless way.As the Finance Lead, you'll lead core business and financial functions across:Business Finance: Drive collections, revenue assurance, gross margin tracking, and team-wise sales efficiency.FP&A & Controls: Own budgeting, cost forecasting, reporting, audit, MIS, and cross-entity finance operations.Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate adherence to IRDAI, RBI, Company Law, and Labour Law requirements.Investor & Board Relations: Present MIS, support fundraising, and handle due diligence processes.Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing Finance & Compliance team.You will work closely with the Founders, CTO, and Leadership —influencing decisions that shape company's growth trajectory.What They're Looking For5–10 years of experience across business finance + financial controlStrong exposure to regulated sectors ( insurance, NBFC, fintech, healthtech )Proven leadership in managing outsourced partners and internal controlsAbility to drive board-level reporting, financial storytelling, and budgetingComfort working in a high-growth, impact-driven startup environmentLocation: Bangalore (Koramangala) ( This is work from office.)IRDAI filing exposure is must.CA completed is must.If you find this interesting and meet the stated requirements, please feel free to apply or reach out to
