Through Bhanzu, we aim to eradicate Math Phobia across this globe, and enable our students to pursue careers in Stem Fields, Coding, Analytics, AI and much more by ensuring their core math fundamentals are strong.Location: Bangalore, HSR LayoutJob DescriptionCollaborate with the team on the design process from concept exploration to implementationUse modern design tools and workflows, including emerging AI-assisted solutions, to speed up ideation and prototypingTranslate both qualitative and quantitative data insights into actionable design decisionsExecute on the product you design from start to finishPresent and communicate your designs to the team and the greater organization to build consensus around conceptsWork well in a team and collaborate effectively with other UI/UX designersPartner closely with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth design implementationProven UI or visual design experience, with a portfolio showcasing human-centered design principlesMake strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new features, with an openness to adaptive and personalized experiencesProficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe IllustratorExperience in creating and managing design assets for multi-platform productsComfortable experimenting with new design technologies, including AI-based usability testing and research toolsOwnership mindset to manage projects and meet deliverables on timeStrong structural design thinking skills
