The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver reliable and scalable workforce management and HR integrations. More details as below.Location : India (Remote)Shift- Australia (5 am - 2 pm IST - Remote)Type : Contract ( 3 +3 months, extendable)Experience : 8+ yearsWe are seeking an experiencedUKG Technical Consultantwith strong hands-on skills in UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or Workforce Central. The consultant will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting integrations, custom reports, data workflows, and technical configurations within the UKG ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, and maintainUKG Pro / Dimensionsintegrations with HR, payroll, ERP, ATS, and third-party systems.UtilizeUKG APIs, UKG Pro Web Services, Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato , or custom middleware for integration development.Design and manage data flows usingREST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, SFTP , and flat-file transfers.Build custom solutions including:Interface scriptsData transformation utilitiesAutomation workflowsTroubleshoot and resolve integration failures, API errors, and data discrepancies.Develop technical documents (mapping docs, sequence flows, system design).Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.Collaborate with UKG functional consultants and HR/Payroll stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.Support security requirements including encryption, authentication, and data compliance.Required Skills4–8 years of experience inUKG technical development(UKG Pro, Dimensions, or Workforce Central).Hands-on experience with:UKG API / UKG Pro Web ServicesDell Boomi, Mule Soft, Workato , or other i Paa S platformsREST, SOAP, XML, JSON, OAuth, SFTPStrong understanding of HR/Payroll data models and workflows.Advanced knowledge ofSQLand data transformation.Experience with scripting languages (Python, Power Shell, Shell scripting).Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.Good to HaveExperience in UKG Ready integrations.Understanding of workforce management (timecards, accruals, scheduling).Experience working withWorkday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM , or similar HRIS systems.Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).UKG certification(s).QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.Relevant UKG technical certifications preferred.WHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
