Senior Bioinformatics Scientist

Innovate on tools and pipelines to analyze multi-modal biological data.
Lead and manage customer-facing projects and multidisciplinary teams of biological scientists, ML-engineers and data scientists.
Work with internal R&D teams to align goals with customer expectations.
Identify opportunities to expand our business with existing customers and generate new commercial opportunities.
D. with 2-3 years of industrial/academic experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
Proven expertise in processing and analyzing multi-omics data (e.g., with a strong emphasis on end-to-end analysis of single-cell transcriptomics data to derive actionable insights.
Experience leading customer-facing projects with successful delivery records.
Proficiency in coding with both R and Python
Experience in performing integration analysis of NGS data across different modalities
Experience working with cloud technologies and scalable computing platforms
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in biomedical data analysis.
Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
