About the Role: An experienced Micro Strategy Developer to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining data visualizations and analytics solutions using Micro Strategy. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of data visualization principles, along with proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and dashboard development. What you will do: Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Micro Strategy Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize data queries and performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy and reliability. Provide technical support and training to end-users on Micro Strategy functionalities. Collaborate with the BI team to enhance data governance, data quality, and data security practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Micro Strategy Developer with a strong portfolio of dashboard and report designs. Familiarity with Snowflake data warehouse architecture and integration with Micro Strategy. Advanced SQL skills for writing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex queries, especially for data modelling and reporting. Proficiency in Micro Strategy with the ability to create complex visualizations and interactive dashboards. Solid understanding of SQL for data manipulation and extraction. Knowledge in data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
