Job Timing: Office Hours (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) & Field Visit as Necessary

Salary Range: Annual CTC of INR 24-30 Lakhs, Though the remuneration is not a problem for the right candidate.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager (Brand & Marketing) at QR678 in Mumbai. The DGM will be responsible for managing marketing activities, understanding doctors and their mindsets especially in the domain of AESTHETICS AND MEDICAL COSMETOLOGY PRODUCTS, implementing marketing strategies, and overseeing campaign management (specifically towards doctors) to drive business growth.

This role reports to the GM, Marketing, of QR678.

Job Summary:

1) The DGM position is responsible for developing and implementing tactics that align with the strategic brand plan, primarily focusing on HCP marketing and nonpersonal promotional activities for QR678 range of products. This role involves evaluating the performance of these tactics to ensure their effectiveness in achieving the brand's goals, meeting our customer needs, and addressing market trends.

Brand Strategy and Positioning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to strengthen QR678's market position and brand equity.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine brand positioning.

2) Develop tactics that align to the strategic brand plan primarily for HCP marketing and nonpersonal promotional activities and evaluate their performance.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dermatologists, cosmetologists, clinic chains, and aesthetic practitioners.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and provide support through targeted marketing materials.

3) Support and participate in the development of strategy and tactics for upcoming and ongoing product launches.

4) Conduct market research to gain customer insights and detect emerging market trends that inform brand planning.

5) Monitor competitive landscape and analyze all sources sales and marketing data to inform strategies and tactics with effective response messaging.

6) Manage external industry conferences and engage with external customers.

7) Collaborates with sales to ensure a high quality of sales support in terms of new product introductions, sales training programs, key surgeon/key account field visits and regular communication, both responsive as well as proactive.

8) Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute digital strategy, including website and social media.

9) Maintains up-to-date product and industry knowledge by regular review of the literature, co-traveling with field sales personnel, attending surgeries, society meetings, etc.

Qualifications and Experience:

. Graduate with Minimum of 10 years Experience out of which minimum 3 years of experience in People Management Role.

. Candidates having marketing experiences to HCP (Doctors and Healthcare Professionals) in Clinical Aesthetic Industry, Cosmetic Industry with National exposure will be preferred.

. Candidates with marketing exposure, from Pharmaceutical Industry, having work experience in Dermatology managing a large geography are also welcome.

. The candidate must have proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.
