About the Role

As our Technical Lead, you'll be the cornerstone of our engineering team, wearing multiple hats from architect to mentor. You'll have unprecedented autonomy to shape our product's technological future and build something extraordinary from the ground up.

Experience : 6-8 Years

Role : Full-Time (Hybrid)

Location : Hyderabad, India

Key Responsibilities:

· Own and drive the technical roadmap and architecture

· Lead and mentor a team of developers

· Make critical technology decisions and implementations

· Establish coding standards and best practices

· Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality

· Collaborate to align technical solutions with business goals

· Drive innovation and stay current with technology trends

Technical Skills Required:

· Strong expertise in Python and Django framework

· Experience in designing scalable system architectures

· Proficiency in REST APIs and microservices

· Database design and optimization (PostgreSQL)

· Cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)

· Experience with modern frontend technologies

· Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Leadership Skills:

· Proven team management experience

· Strong problem-solving abilities

· Excellent communication skills

· Agile methodology expertise

· Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities

Must Have:

· Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field
