Job Title: Advisor – PCG Team LeadLocation: MumbaiExperience: Minimum 5 years in broking, with team-handling experienceNotice Period / Gap: Up to 10 daysKey Responsibilities:- Playing-Captain Role: Responsible for own P&L delivery while managing and mentoring a team- Attract, onboard, and lead a team of 4–5 advisors & traders- Execute trades and orders (derivatives, options, cash) personally- Manage HNI/UHNI client portfolios with high service standards- Drive client acquisition and retention for both self and team members- Ensure team achieves cross-selling and revenue targets Key Skills & Qualifications:- Trading/order-punching proficiency across segments- Proven leadership—hiring, mentoring, and developing trading/advisory talent- Strong in HNI/UHNI relationship management- In-depth product knowledge (derivatives, options, cash, trading strategy)- Excellent communication, coaching, and drive for results KPIs & Targets:- Personal and team AUM and revenue goals- New client acquisition (self + team)- Team trading volumes- Cross-sell percentages across team portfolios
